Please contact us with your donation details and which session you would like. \n\n\n\nWhat is a Sound Bath you ask? A Sound Bath is an amazing experience of relaxation while Amy plays the Tibetan sing bowls\, crystal bowls and gong to assist the mind down into meditation. When the mind is able to switch into meditation\, it allows the body to release and heal. She clears each guest down to the cellular level by walking around and infusing each guest with new clean vibrating energy. \n\n\n\nAccording to quantum physics\, every cell is made up of small pieces of vibrating matter joined together by magnetic forces. It is believed that during illness or disease\, the vibration in the cells is less effective or there is a reduction in the frequency of the vibration. Alternative health practitioners theorize that when your body is exposed to healing sounds\, the sound vibration helps to raise the frequency of your body\, which brings health and spiritual enhancement. \n\n\n\nPlease bring items required to lay comfortably on the floor… a yoga mat\, blankets\, pillows\, eye pillows\, etc. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease arrive early/on time as doors will be locked during sessions to offer the ultimate experience without interruption. Make sure to attend the session you signed up for as we will have limited space at both sessions. We will have raffle baskets at each session\, each participant will get 5 raffle tickets. You may purchase more; they will be $1 each and only available at the beginning of the session. Drawings will be at the end of the session! \n\n\n\nWe will be offering 2 sessions… \n\n\n\n\nSession 1: Doors open at 1pm\, bowls start at 1:30\n\n\n\nSession 2: Doors open at 3pm\, bowls start at 3:30\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWe hope you enjoy this experience.
