DESCRIPTION:Please meet at 333 S. Spruce St and join us on a walk to the Manteno American Legion as we peacefully protest the Gotion plant. \n\n\n\nThere will be a fundraising event held after. However\, we are doing this basket raffle a little differently. We are asking for a $20 donation for entry into all of the baske raffles. If you are unable to attend\, but would like to donate\, please contact us. \n\n\n\nDonations are for attorney fees related to our lawsuit and are non-tax deductible. \n\n\n\nLet’s show up and let our Village leadership see how We The People of Manteno feel about Gotion! They may be able to censor our mission for the Octoberfest Parade\, but they cannot stop us from holding a peaceful protest. \n\n\n\nAlso\, we are working on a statewide fundraiser. Just know help is on the way!
